Through competing and winning National Titles through various sports I understand the importance and detail needed to achieve the highest level of performance.
People speak of ‘Marginal Gains’ but unless we have to correct training and nutrition plans in place we are missing the basics and marginal gains become irrelevant.
I have written Training Plans for European Silver Medal athletes; these include sports specific training, strength and conditioning and Lifestyle measures. Having the knowledge and experience myself I am able to write individual specific Diet Plans tailored to any individual ranging from a novice gym user to World Class Athlete. I am able to explain how and why these plans were created and be able to adapt them to ensure training needs are met.
Through my educational position I deliver this to Degree students helping them understand the process and importance of careful planning to fully achieve training goals.
